Do you offer a free trial for evaluation?
Our Explorer tier is free forever with 3 lookups/day. For extended evaluation of paid features, contact sales@thinkkits.com for a 14-day trial.
What's your cancellation policy?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30-day notice; unused months are not refunded but service continues through the paid period.
Do you offer training for our staff?
Principal and District tiers include onboarding support. Enterprise agreements include custom training sessions. Contact us for details.
Are you on any state vendor registries?
We are registered as a vendor in Pennsylvania. Additional state registrations are in progress for TX, CA, FL, NY, IL. Contact us if your state requires specific registration.
